110-300-0165(2)(C) licensee has cords accessible in the drawer in room 503, in room 502 drawer but these cords were all removed during this site visit. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has plastic bags accessible in room 503 drawers, in room 502 in the cupboard and in the bathroom area, plastic bags in room 507 under the sink area, all bags were removed in all rooms on this site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee had a red tape cutter dispenser that could cut a child in room 502. The tape cutter was removed during this site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(f) licensee has a shelf and a fish aquarium sitting on a shelf that post a risk of a tipping hazard in room 503. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee had chipping paint on the bottom of the cupboards in room 501 shelfs and in room 507.
